The Face of God

Not even Moses got to see the face of God. But a while ago, I got the concept that Jesus Christ, in a sense put a face to the concept, that in becoming man, God put a face to himself. And as a sort of addendum to my previous post, I guess we could say that, as individual expressions of the divine, we all in a sense reflect, or express the face of God. We are the face of God. We do, however, put on the masks of the ego and of the secular, thus obscuring the true face of God. We look in the mirror and we see the mask, the illsion, the lie. If we strip away the masks, the many layers of the secular and of the ego, we may just see the face of God. And if we llok closely, if we look at others, if we listen to what others are saying, through the masks, beyond the static, we might just see the face of God and hear what he has to say.
