Compress the Chi

In standing meditation–hopefully you’ve had a good teacher to show you how to stand(if not there’s a video on my youtube channel to show you the basics) one of the things you can do is visualize compressing your chi deep into the bones of your body, and compressing the chi in the dan tien. This is more of a mental exercise and would be incorrect if you tried to do this by tensing muscles. Visualize chi being compressed into your bones, and visualize a shining pearl of chi in the dan tien, see your dantien as a nuclear furnace that will create not nuclear fission, or splitting of atoms, but nuclear fusion, the compressing of atoms. The internal energy will be great.
