Seated Chi Kung/Qi Gong

I uploaded 2 new videos today on youtube demonstrating a seated qi gong set that is just great. I feel good still after doing it this morning, and I highly recommend you guys check it out. It takes about 20 minutes to do the set, and the best part is you get to sit through it! This is a good set for people who are weak on their feet, or aren’t able to stand at all, and for the elderly. It gets chi flowing throughout the body, and is a perfect example where mind intent can achieve what’s needed without the actual physical movement. So, take a look, try it out, and let me know what you think.
